To enrol, an online registration form must be submitted via Xplor Home, and the registration fee paid. The following documentation is required as part of the registration process:
Child’s Immunisation Statement
Signed Parent Conduct Form
Asthma, Allergy or Anaphylaxis Action Plan if applicable
Court order if applicable

New children before attending OOSH are required to attend an orientation visit with a parent. These visits are conducted by appointment during afternoon sessions. Please contact our Centre Manager to book for an OOSH orientation phone 0475911376 or email mkps.oosh.staff@gmail.com
Booking Policy and Cancellations
Permanent Bookings - 2 weeks’ notice is required for cancellation.
To reduce the number of sessions or change days for an existing booking, families need to contact us in writing.
This can be done by emailing mkps.oosh.staff@gmail.com
Casual Bookings - 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel. Casual booking cancellations need to be made in writing via email.
New casual bookings are made via the Xplor Home App.
Absentee Policy
Fees are applicable for the days your child is booked into the Centre, including times when absent due to illness or holidays. Child Care Subsidy is paid for absentee days, up to 52 days allowable absences per year.
Families are required to notify OOSH of all absences via the Xplor Home app or website. Select the session on the Booking Calendar and then select ‘Absent Booking’. NOTE: Should families not notify OOSH regarding absences an additional fee will apply as per the fee schedule.
Xplor Home bookings
Mobile bookings allow parents to view the available bookings for a service on a given day on the Home app and instantly book a session.
Click on the bookings tab. Click on the relevant day on the calendar. If there are no existing sessions, 'No Bookings' will display at the bottom of the screen. A session will need to be booked for this day.
Adding Bookings
To add a booking, click '(+) new' in the top right hand corner and select 'Booking' in the pop up. Available sessions will be viewable for that day. Select the room and time you wish to book.
Note: For multiple bookings, repeat the process above until all the sessions are selected. At this time, you can only add bookings but not delete them. You will have to contact the childcare centre to delete this for you if needed.
​Once selected, click the pram icon in the top right hand corner to move to the summary screen. ​
The summary screen will display the name of the child, the sessions being booked at their price, time and room. If these are incorrect, click the back arrow to correct selections. Once happy with the selections, click 'Request'.
If the sessions have been booked successfully, the next screen will show a 'confirmed' status for the booking.
